These terms govern your use of Inyati Online and any purchase made through the site. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Payment

Payment is required in full at checkout via our supported payment providers. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Returns

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Inyati Online’s liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the value of that order.
